The Lighting Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing all lighting elements for a project or production. This role requires a unique blend of artistic vision and technical expertise to enhance the visual environment, establish mood, guide attention, and ensure functionality, while adhering to budget, schedule, and safety standards.

The Lighting Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the end-to-end management of commercial, industrial, or large-scale residential lighting projects, including new installations, retrofits, and controls systems. The PM ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, to the highest quality standards, and in compliance with all relevant codes and client specifications.

The Production and Quality Engineer is the key technical link between design and manufacturing, responsible for optimizing the production of LED lighting fixtures and related electronic components.
